Ford Credit is encouraging its current customers impacted by the virus to contact them and discuss the potential delay of payments. For new customers, Ford Credit is offering no payments for 120 days.* Ford’s program gives the option to delay the first payment for 90 days* and Ford will make the first three payments when purchasing select new Ford vehicles.* Also ask about 0% APR for 84 months* on New Fords.

If you have purchased or leased a Ford vehicle through Ford Credit and are having difficulty making payments, please contact Ford Credit to discuss your options. You can access your account at accountmanager.ford.com or through the FordPass app. You can also visit www.fordcreditsupport.com or call a special hotline at 1-800-723-4016 to discuss payment options.
